'Marry me' chicken marscapone pasta recipe - BBC Food

“Does anything say “I Love You” more than a big bowl of pasta? This dish is a play on Tuscan chicken with sun-dried tomatoes, lemon and Parmesan in a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weekend meal or date night showstopper.”

Also add to spag bol: 

  1. Cook the Bolognese: Prepare your meat sauce as you normally would and let it
    finish simmering.
  2. Add the Mascarpone: Remove the sauce from the heat (or turn it down to the lowest setting). Stir in 1 - 2 generous tablespoons of mascarpone directly into the hot sauce until it is fully melted and integrate
  3.  Mix: Toss the creamy sauce with your cooked pasta, and optionally top with a pinch of black pepper or freshly grated parmesan.
