Ancient Ethnic Minorities in Sardinia - Sardinian People: "Romani people represents the most numerous gypsy community in Sardinia today. Their presence is the highest in the Cagliari's area, in particular in the crown suburbs (towns of Selargius, Monserrato, San Gavino Monreale and Quartu Sant'Elena for example).
